A little recap of what was an amazing week. The wind was light, but the action was high. A combined total of 25,000 km was sailed by the competitors, showing just how much sailing was done. Another successful year, we'd like to thank the competitors, the race crew, the office team, the superb media team @constant_media_uk @watershots_uk and @whiteyk63 and of course all the sponsors.
See you all next year for what's sure to be another epic event. 
 

Weymouth Speed Week 2026 - Entry Calendar

Well before September add you email address to the Event Newsletter (web site home page bottom right), you will then get an email reminder before entry opens on the web site.

In addition, make an account on the web site and validate it by clicking on the email link that will have been sent to you.

Five weeks before the event Entry will open online. For 2026 this will be on Saturday 29th August. The number of places available is limited and they are all taken within a matter of hours.

When the Entry form is available, please complete your details and make your payment no later than three weeks before the event. Your entry is only confirmed once payment has been received.  When those places have all been taken the Entry form will be replaced with a Waiting List form. Two weeks before the event any entries for which payment has not been received will be allocated to people on the waiting list.

There are 3 options available: Youth Weekend, All Week, 5 Weekdays.

The cost for adults is £35/day including the hire of a GPS unit.

Full entry for 7 days costs £245 and includes a ticket for the welcome meal on Saturday night and an event shirt in your chosen size.

The 5 Weekdays cost £175 including an event shirt in your chosen size.

Youth entries are £60 for the weekend and include a ticket for the welcome meal on Saturday night and an event shirt in your chosen size. If able to stay all week the additional charge is £100 for the extra 5 days.

If you have a Motion Mini and agree to have the event firmware installed then the cost is reduced by £5 per day.

It is possible to enter Weymouth Speed Week with two Craft Types. Craft Types are: Sailboard (fin), Sailboard (foil), Wingboard, Kiteboard and Boat.

We are able to offer you the chance to sail two craft types with only one GPS unit, but with the constraint of only being able to change from one type to another after visiting the Event Office with your GPS in order to secure the data and reset it for the second craft type.

There is a £10 admin fee for setting up the use of two craft types if this option is chosen.
